Realize that not all coaches promote this footwork…left foot always front. A lot of coaches promote the “inside” foot being the front foot.

I like the inside foot being out front because it allows the player to naturally catch the ball without having to turn the body too much as in the left foot front method.

Keep the footwork simple, left foot out, especially for the younger shooter, consistency may improve.

whatever feels comfotable for the player. its doesnt matter what foot he uses if the ball goes in the net its 2 points
