In this clinic, JHU coaches walk their players thru a series of warmup stickwork drills and then utilize those skills in 1/2 field situations. A great way for youth lacrosse coaches to see the progression of skillwork applied to game sitautions.

Video quality poor. Loud coach yelling into video camera microphone. Not quite sure what the coach is trying to emphasize here. Not like other instructional videos for other sports. They are just filming practice. I hope the other videos are not like this.
