Girls Lacrosse Stickwork Drills Progression: JHU Stickwork 3 Groundballs

In this clinic, JHU coaches walk their players thru a series of warmup stickwork drills and then utilize those skills in 1/2 field situations. A great way for youth lacrosse coaches to see the progression of skillwork applied to game sitautions.
